NY BROOKHAVEN — Accessory apartment board approves 12 permits, postpones three others. The Accessory Apartment Review Board unanimously approved 12 applications for residential accessory apartments ranging from 344 to 907 square feet during a February meeting. Board members Irene Dabramo, Gail Lynch-Bailey, Michael Wentz, and Kristen McKay voted unanimously on all applications.
Three permits for applicants Maria Nunez, Muhammad and Hina Khan, and Susan Kunzler were postponed, while one application from Brian and Likun Lee was held open for covenant review. Kevin Brayer's permit received approval pending recalculation of plans and the assessor's list.
