NY BROOKHAVEN — Brookhaven accessory apartment board approves 13 of 16 applications in routine May vote. The board unanimously approved 13 residential accessory apartment proposals while denying two others and postponing one for further information. Denials went to applicants at 47 Greenport Avenue in Medford and 6 Woodbine Street in Coram; both exceeded allowable size and occupancy ratios and were referred to the Board of Zoning Appeals.
