NY BROOKHAVEN — Brookhaven Accessory Apartment Board approves 14 permits in routine March review. Board members Irene Dabramo, Gail Lynch-Bailey, Michael Wentz, and Kristin MacKay unanimously approved 14 applications ranging from 366 to 784 square feet, representing 12.9 to 32.2 percent of their respective properties' living space. The board unanimously denied George Nunnaro's 882-square-foot basement apartment at 126 Lincoln Road in Medford, at 20 percent of the property's total space, and postponed Veysel Aydin's 512-square-foot basement apartment at 129 Wilson Avenue in Medford, at 18 percent of total living space.
