NY BROOKHAVEN — Accessory Apartment Review Board approves seven residential permits, postpones three, denies one at Thursday meeting. The board voted unanimously on all eleven applications reviewed. Approved permits were for properties in Centereach, Manorville, Shirley, Farmingville, and Mastic; three applications for properties in Middle Island, Medford, and Patchogue were postponed for further review.
The board voted unanimously to deny the accessory apartment permit application for 6 Mondavi Lane in East Setauket.
