NY BROOKHAVEN — Board acts on five accessory apartment permits. The Accessory Apartment Review Board unanimously approved three permit applications at its February 3 meeting and postponed two for further review. The approved apartments ranged from 16 to 30 percent of their respective properties' total living space, located in Medford, Centereach, and Center Moriches.
The board postponed action on apartments representing 31 and 55.8 percent of their properties' living space in Centereach and Patchogue.
