NY BROOKHAVEN — Brookhaven Accessory Apartment Review Board votes unanimously to approve 11 residential permits. Board members Irene Dabramo, Gail Lynch-Bailey, Michael Wentz, and Kristin MacKay reviewed applications across eight municipalities at the Thursday meeting. The 11 approved units range from 478 to 834 square feet, each representing between 15 and 32 percent of the home's total living space.
One permit for a Bellport address was postponed unanimously for further consideration.
