NY BROOKHAVEN — The Accessory Apartment Review Board voted unanimously on ten permit applications Thursday, approving five, denying one, and postponing four. The board, consisting of Irene Dabramo, Mario Cavaleri, Gail Lynch-Bailey, Michael Wentz, and Mark Geraci, unanimously approved apartments in Ronkonkoma, Patchogue, Shirley, and Stony Brook while unanimously denying an application for 44 Smith Road in Ronkonkoma. One approval for 2 Laurel Lane in Shirley required license submittal as a condition.
