NY BROOKHAVEN — Brookhaven Accessory Apartment Review Board approves all 19 permits in June session. The board — Irene Dabramo, Gail Lynch-Bailey, Michael Wentz, and Kristin MacKay — voted unanimously to approve each of the 19 applications without modification. The authorized accessory apartments range from 304 to 786 square feet and represent between 16 and 37 percent of their primary homes' total living space, distributed across Brookhaven neighborhoods including Mastic, Selden, Medford, and Centereach.
