NY BROOKHAVEN — Brookhaven Board of Zoning Appeals approves 19, denies three on undersized lots. The Board approved 19 residential and commercial variances and site-plan applications February 25, including a three-plot residential division for 30 Babylon Corp in Mastic and parcel divisions with variances in Coram and Eastport, under Chairman Howard Bergson. The board denied three applications requesting comprehensive relief for 50-foot undersized lots: Mimar LLC in Bellport and two from Robert Toussie in Miller Place and Port Jefferson Station.

Major commercial projects including a proposed Centereach service station and U-Haul warehouse facility were postponed or held for further review.
