NY BROOKHAVEN — Brookhaven Accessory Apartment Review Board approves eight permits; two held open. The board unanimously approved eight of 11 accessory apartment applications during an October 5 hearing, with board members Irene Dabramo, Gail Lynch-Bailey, and Michael Wentz voting on permits ranging from 268 to 727 square feet across six towns. The approved apartments included basement and first-floor conversions.
Two applications were held open for further review and one was postponed.
