NY BROOKHAVEN — Brookhaven's Accessory Apartment Review Board approved eleven residential accessory apartment applications and unanimously denied one at its September 7 meeting. Approved apartments ranged from 364 to 750 square feet and represented between 15 and 36 percent of total living space on their properties. The board rejected a 1,236-square-foot second-floor application at 62 Wyandotte Street in Selden, which would have comprised 32 percent of its host property's total living space.
