NY BROOKHAVEN — Brookhaven Accessory Apartment Review Board approves five residential permits in routine March session. The board unanimously approved five new accessory apartments ranging from 627 to 823 square feet, including a garage conversion, across five neighborhoods including Setauket, Miller Place, Medford, and Manorville. Four approvals required conditional submissions of driver licenses, owner-occupancy proofs, and affidavits of mailing to neighbors; one application was postponed to a future hearing.
