NY BROOKHAVEN — The Brookhaven Board of Zoning Appeals approved a drive-thru restaurant in Medford with unanimous vote. The board cleared variances for Centro NP Sunshine Square at Sills Road and Bellport Station Road, subject to landscaping. The 43-item agenda included approvals for the Estate of Litsa Lamb's three-plot division (3-0, one recused), New Properties Solutions' parcel division (3-0, one recused), and the Estate of Jean Petrolino's division (2-1 with Chairman Paul DeChance opposing, one recused).
Dozens of residential variances for pools, decks, and additions were approved. In Towne Shopping Centers' sign variance was postponed indefinitely; RHMR Realty's sign variances were held for December 8.
