NY BROOKHAVEN — Brookhaven Accessory Apartment Board approves three conversion permits. The board unanimously approved basement and first-floor apartment projects at three addresses: 4 Ring Neck Court in Wading River (661 square feet), 28 Barberry Lane in Holtsville (629 square feet), and 125 Sheep Pasture Road in East Setauket (650 square feet). Two applications were unanimously postponed: a 696-square-foot basement apartment at 127 Echo Avenue in Miller Place and a 621-square-foot first-floor apartment at 8 Broadway in Holtsville.
All five board members voted unanimously on each motion.
