NY BROOKHAVEN — Brookhaven Zoning Board approves major restaurant complex in Farmingville. North Block Ventures LLC and NBV II LLC received unanimous approval to construct Panera Bread and Bojangles on Horseblock Road with a side yard setback variance reducing the standard 50-foot requirement to 32.3 feet for restaurant "B," plus permission for multiple wall signs on restaurant "A." Fire Island Pines Operations LLC secured a special permit for seasonal staff housing capped at 32 employees, limited to April through October for up to four years. The board denied relief of dwelling specifications for Castro Development LLC on a Shirley property.
