Board Grants Lot Divisions, Approves Residential Variances

NY BROOKHAVEN — Brookhaven zoning board approves lot divisions, residential variances. The Board of Zoning Appeals unanimously approved three separate parcel divisions at its September 17 meeting: a three-lot division for Maria Cunha's Medford property, a three-lot division for Anthony Martino and Frank Winheim's Ronkonkoma property, and a two-lot division for George Kadlec and Carol Kadlec in Port Jefferson Station. All divisions were approved with stipulations requiring filing of covenants and restrictions with the Suffolk County Clerk within 180 days.
The board also approved numerous residential variances for fences, decks, and additions throughout the town, renewed a five-year special permit for the Roslyn Rifle and Revolver Club's shooting range in Calverton, and held several commercial applications pending further review.
