NY BROOKHAVEN — Brookhaven Board of Zoning Appeals unanimously approves 96-unit affordable housing project in Bellport. The board granted relief from the Main Street Business Design Manual for D&F Consultants LLC's four-building affordable housing complex at Atlantic Avenue and Hoffman Avenue, waiving street tree, decorative lighting, and building siting requirements. The board also unanimously approved day care and industrial use applications and granted numerous residential variances for homeowners.
A proposed Carvana motor vehicle dealership and several parcel division requests were held for future hearings.
