NY BROOKHAVEN — Brookhaven Board of Zoning Appeals grants major variance on June 24 for NYU Langone Hospital-Suffolk's 144-bed tower expansion, approving 115-foot height where 35 feet is permitted, plus setback and fencing relief, voted unanimously by all seven board members. The board also approved dozens of residential and commercial variances across town, held cannabis retail and subdivision applications to future hearings, and denied a property division by the Volpe Trust.
