NY BROOKHAVEN — Brookhaven zoning board approves two Chick-fil-A restaurants, Nissan dealership and residential variances. In a packed meeting processing more than 39 applications across two regular sessions, the board unanimously approved variances for Chick-fil-A locations with drive-thru service at Lake Ronkonkoma and Port Jefferson Station, and approved a Nissan dealership for Tantillo Auto Group at Port Jefferson. The board also granted a Brown's Jeep dealership variance and approved more than 30 residential modifications while holding eight items for a November 15 hearing.
