NY BROOKHAVEN — Brookhaven Accessory Apartment Review Board approves 13 of 15 permits. Board members Irene Dabramo, Gail Lynch-Bailey, Michael Wentz, and Kristin MacKay voted unanimously to approve residential accessory apartments ranging from 380 to 792 square feet across Brookhaven. The board rejected two applications: a 1,630-square-foot split-level apartment at 37 Ulrich Road in Centereach and a 905-square-foot unit at 3 Stuyvesant Drive in Port Jefferson Station, both denied for exceeding size limitations.
