NY BROOKHAVEN — Brookhaven's Accessory Apartment Review Board approved six residential accessory apartment permits ranging from 409 to 673 square feet, representing 19.2 percent to 31 percent of primary unit living space. Three additional applications were held open pending proper notice requirements, and one was postponed. The approvals included units in Shirley, East Setauket, Ronkonkoma, Centereach, and Coram.
All motions passed unanimously.
