NY BROOKHAVEN — Brookhaven Zoning Board approves Starbucks drive-thru project with extensive relief. The board unanimously granted 718 Medford LLC waivers for lot area, setbacks, landscape, and parking shortfalls on Route 112 in Medford, plus approval for five wall signs. The board also unanimously approved the Estate of Mario Madonia's four-plot residential subdivision on Hawkins and Oxhead Roads, subject to environmental mitigation conditions and covenants to be filed with the Suffolk County Clerk within 180 days.
The meeting saw 40-plus decisions overall, nearly all unanimous, including 35 additional residential variances and four postponements to September 20.
