NY BROOKHAVEN — Brookhaven Accessory Apartment Review Board approves 13 residential permits. The three-member board of Irene Dabramo, Gail Lynch-Bailey, and Kristin MacKay voted unanimously on all 16 applications reviewed. Approved apartments ranged from 219 to 970 square feet across properties throughout the town.
One application was held open pending plan revision to avoid a variance requirement; two were postponed.
