NY BROOKHAVEN — Brookhaven Planning Board approves six applications in unanimous votes. The board unanimously approved six applications at its May 3 meeting, including an 18,109 square foot expansion to the American Regent facility in Shirley and a change of use for Rage Room Long Island in Selden. The board also approved road opening improvements along Ansonia Street in Patchogue and relief of a basement from an approved 250 square foot addition at 1110 Hallock Avenue in Port Jefferson Station.
Two applications were held for further consideration, including Hunter Estates at Miller Place held to July 12 and Old Orchard at Miller Place held to May 17.
