NY BROOKHAVEN — Brookhaven Planning Board unanimously approves Starbucks drive-thru, major commercial building and eight-home subdivision. The board voted unanimously to approve 718 Medford LLC's Starbucks at 718 Medford Avenue on Route 112, which includes drive-thru service and outdoor seating. Also approved was CD Ramsay Realty LLC's 26,913-square-foot, three-story building at Ramsay Road and Natcon Drive in Shirley, featuring a basement and rooftop greenhouse.
The board advanced Winmar Homes' eight-home development proposal to its decision calendar.
