NY BROOKHAVEN — Brookhaven Planning Board unanimously approves storage and logistics projects. The board cleared a 161,214 square foot self-storage facility for Centereach Storage LLC at the southeast corner of Middle Country Road and Nicolls Road, and adopted a positive environmental declaration for AIREF Station Road Logistics Center LLC's proposed 523,100 square foot warehousing and distribution facility on 51.95 acres in Bellport. All seven board members voted unanimously on each of five agenda items, advancing the storage project and moving the logistics facility to draft environmental impact statement preparation.
