NY BROOKHAVEN — Brookhaven Planning Board approves Manorville subdivision and church conversion. The Planning Board unanimously approved Dongan Trails at Manorville, an 11-lot residential subdivision preserving 14.019 acres of open space on a 22.085-acre site. The board also approved Integrity Church's conversion of 1 Old Dock Road to church use and Eastport Meadows.
Three additional applications were held to July 12 for further review.
