NY BROOKHAVEN — Brookhaven Planning Board approves industrial expansion and updates. The board unanimously approved a 140,864 square foot multi-tenant industrial building at 10 Donald's Way in Medford with modified staff recommendations. Relief of covenant approvals also passed for The Fairways at Manorville and Rocky Point Heights, allowing increased clearing and drainage structures within environmental buffers.
Façade updates for two Wendy's restaurants and a Gateway Plaza signage resolution passed unanimously; the board held modifications to East Moriches Gardens and Chery Forklift to November 28 while placing Discover Landscaping on the decision calendar.
