NY BROOKHAVEN — Brookhaven Town Board unanimously approves 65 resolutions in annual organizational meeting. Town Supervisor Edward P. Romaine and five of seven council members adopted policies, appointments, and operational procedures for 2022, including reappointment of Town Attorney Annette Eaderesto, appointment of James M.
Tullo as Planning Commissioner and Lucia Elam as Minority/Women's Business Enterprise Officer, adoption of seven annual administrative policies, and authorization for attorney settlements and counsel retention. All votes were unanimous; Councilman Daniel Panico was absent.
