Brookhaven Town Board approves four capital and contract resolutions

NY BROOKHAVEN — Brookhaven Town Board unanimously approves four capital and contract resolutions Thursday. Amendments to the 2025 Capital Budget for Motts Pond Remediation Phase 2 and a new accessibility ramp project at Rolling Oaks Golf Course moved forward, along with changes to the refuse and recycling improvement rebid. The board also authorized partial reassignment of carting collection services from Bianculli Sanitation Inc. to Alpha Carting & Contracting Service, Inc. for service areas 11 and 20.
All six council members present voted in favor.
