NY BROOKHAVEN — Brookhaven Town Board approves four zoning applications while declaring property unsafe. The board unanimously approved zoning changes for L2G Holdings LLC on Commercial Boulevard in Medford, Westfield Center on Middle Country Road in Selden, 43 Jayne LLC on Jayne Boulevard in Port Jefferson Station, and M&R Stony Brook on Route 112 in Port Jefferson Station. Supervisor Edward P.
Romaine granted an informal 30-day extension to the owner of 12 Everett Street in Centereach to file repair permits before the board takes action on the property, which the engineer determined to be unsafe.
