NY BROOKHAVEN — Brookhaven Zoning Board unanimously approves Mobil gas station with multiple relief variances. The board granted Bolla Em Realty permission for a gas station and convenience store at Portion and Maplecrest Drive in Holtsville, waiving standards for lot area (22,229 versus 65,000 square feet required), width, setbacks, and signage. Four Horseblock Road signage variances for Medford businesses were also approved; a Teachers Federal Credit Union height variance request was postponed indefinitely.
The board approved most residential variances and denied an oversized Ridge pool house proposal unanimously.
