NY BROOKHAVEN — Brookhaven Planning Board adopted a positive environmental determination for Horseblock Properties' vehicle storage facility in Yaphank, requiring a Draft Environmental Impact Statement. The board approved four facade modifications across the town: Chili's restaurant in South Setauket/Centereach, Shirley Plaza Shopping Center in Shirley, LiDL Center in Center Moriches, and Warren Avenue Plaza in Ronkonkoma. Floyd Harbor Self Storage in Shirley received approval for site plan modifications involving drainage system redesign with retaining walls, and E-Legends Gaming in Ronkonkoma won a special permit to consolidate three units into an assembly and social recreation hall.
The board deferred Sun River Town Homes' 125-unit multifamily residential project in Manorville and a tap street access review for a land division at Davidson Drive in Manorville to its March 9 meeting.
