NY BROOKHAVEN — Brookhaven Planning Board approves 11 applications with only one item held. The board unanimously approved a 174,150-square-foot warehouse and manufacturing facility for Bactolac Pharmaceutical Inc., a mini-storage facility for JSF Management at Holmesview Commons, a land division at Stony Brook Road, and seven other applications spanning retail-to-office conversions, relief of covenant requests, and drive-through modifications. All seven board members voted unanimously on each item.
Hunter Estates at Miller Place was held to July 26 pending further consideration.
