NY BROOKHAVEN — Brookhaven Planning Board approves major warehouse facility in Yaphank unanimously. Members voted 7-0 on November 22 to approve MS Packaging & Supply Corp.'s 144,906-square-foot warehouse at the northwest corner of Natcom Drive and Roned Road, with associated site improvements and variances. Patricia Kelly moved the approval, with Peter Zarcone seconding.
The board also reviewed an RD Industrial proposal for three industrial buildings totaling 388,400 square feet on adjacent property, though no final vote on that project was recorded in these minutes.
