Additional approvals covered parking modifications at MS Packaging & Supply Company in Yaphank, a sidewalk waiver for B Builders Group Inc. in Shirley, and wall sign installation at Chelsea Senior Living in Yaphank.

Two items were held for future consideration: a SAFstor proposal in East Setauket involving health club demolition and mini storage warehouse construction (April 10), and an Arthur Road land division matter in Bellport (March 27).
