NY BROOKHAVEN — Brookhaven Planning Board approves eight applications at June meeting, including Medford parking redevelopment. The board unanimously approved a parking lot expansion at Gabrielli in Medford with special permits for a fueling station and motor vehicle repair shop, along with clearing limit increases at two residential properties and use conversions at two commercial sites. Two applications were continued to June 21, and Public Storage at Patchogue withdrew its facade modification request.
