NY BROOKHAVEN — Brookhaven Planning Board advances cluster and site plan approvals. The board unanimously approved the Orchard Crossing subdivision at East Moriches to divide an 11.06-acre parcel into 10 lots using cluster design, along with unanimous approval of a site plan amendment at 23 Brewster Lane for emergency generator relocation and installation of two diesel storage tanks. A facade renovation at a Patchogue dairy store also won unanimous approval.
Two relief of covenant applications involving buffer reductions were held to August and September for further consideration.
