NY BROOKHAVEN — Brookhaven Planning Board approves three commercial site plan applications in routine session. The February 8 meeting granted approvals to a facade change and tenant division at Suffolk Plaza SC in East Setauket, an amended site plan adding 10,000 square feet to M & R Stony Brook Building #1 in Port Jefferson Station, and a change of use and facade improvement at 120 Mastic Road in Mastic Beach. Three additional applications were held for decision on March 8: Eastport Meadows landscape modifications, U-Haul Moving and Storage site plan and special use permits in East Patchogue, and Sunset Bluffs Lot 28 covenant relief in Miller Place.
