NY BROOKHAVEN — The Brookhaven Town Board voted Thursday on major planning matters while setting dates for significant revitalization hearings. The board unanimously approved two Hampshire Venture Partners projects in Shirley—a warehouse development and hockey rink facility, each receiving environmental clearance and site plan approval from Town Supervisor Daniel J. Panico and board members.

The board also approved rezoning a Ronkonkoma parcel from J Business 2 and C Residence to J Business 5 for a motor vehicle wash facility, with five board members voting in favor.
