NY BROOKHAVEN — Brookhaven Town Board approves Port Jefferson medical office zoning in unanimous vote. The board rezoned a Patchogue Road property from B Residence 1 to J Business 2 to permit Dr. Gupta's medical office, with nine residents speaking during public comment.
The board also unanimously approved site plans and special permits for four commercial developments: a Starbucks drive-through in Lake Ronkonkoma, an IHOP in Patchogue, Westfield Center in Selden, and Coldwell Banker American Homes in Mount Sinai. The board voted to condemn property for drainage improvements in Shirley and Mastic Beach and approved approximately 50 additional resolutions and authorizations.
