Town Board approves Ronkonkoma Hub mixed-use development and major site plans

NY BROOKHAVEN — Brookhaven Town Board unanimously approves major mixed-use development and multiple zoning applications. The Town Board unanimously approved the Ronkonkoma Hub Phase 2C site plan for three mixed-use buildings with medical offices and residential units at Carroll Avenue and Union Avenue, and the Wells Fargo site plan with variances in Shirley. The board accepted a land donation from Island Preservation Project LLC and Sea Star LLC for open space preservation in Middle Island and Selden, and approved a New York Forward Program grant for North Bellport improvements.
Supervisor Daniel J. Panico and all six council members voted unanimously on the approvals and adopted 23 additional resolutions.
